
“Frontier provides the technical foundation,” said OpenAI. “But making real impact with AI also requires leadership alignment, workflow redesign, integration across systems and data, as well as the kind of change management that drives adoption.”
McKinsey and BCG “will help customers deploy AI across their organizations — building the strategy, operating model, and change management plan needed for sustained impact,” OpenAI said. Accenture and Capgemini will both advise customers on strategy and “help wire Frontier into the systems and data enterprises actually run on.”
Frontier is currently available to a limited number of customers, with wider availability expected in the “next few months,” said OpenAI.
